Whether you're a couple after a quiet week on the Costa Brava, a family wanting a pool and a short walk to the beach, or a group of twelve taking over a villa for a milestone birthday, you'll find something here. Prestige Villas Spain began in the early 2000s with a single family villa in Javea on the Costa Blanca, and grew from there into a small family-run agency renting hand-picked holiday villas across four Spanish regions. Every villa on this site is one we know personally, inspected locally and represented directly.
If the pool is the deciding factor, browse Spanish villas with a private pool.
Most agencies list villas they've never visited. We don't. When you ring or email about a property, you're speaking to someone who has walked through it, knows the road access, knows how the pool sits in relation to the sun, and can tell you whether the walk to the beach is genuinely five minutes or fifteen.
The price you see is the price you pay. No aggregator commission, no booking fees layered on at checkout, no surprise mid-stay charges. You book direct with us, and you deal with us throughout — before you commit, while you're arranging travel, and while you're there.
Spain isn't one holiday. The four regions we cover suit very different trips, and choosing the right one matters more than choosing the right villa.
The stretch of coast north of Barcelona, where the pine-covered hills drop into small rocky coves. Our Costa Brava villas are concentrated around the fishing villages of the Palafrugell coast — Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell — along with Begur inland and Lloret de Mar further south. It's the quietest of our mainland regions and the easiest for families with young children: short walks between villa, beach and restaurant, calm swimming water, and Girona airport around an hour away.
Where the agency started. Javea sits between two headlands on the coast south of Valencia, with a working old town, a long sandy arenal and a rocky port end. The Costa Blanca suits families with older children and teenagers — more beaches, more watersports, more happening within reach — and works well for larger family groups, as the villas here tend to be bigger and the plots more generous.
Two very different islands in one. The south-east around Cala d'Or strings a chain of whitewashed coves along a sun-soaked coast that's long been popular with families. The north, around Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, sits under the Serra de Tramuntana mountains — quieter, more scenic, better for walking and beach days in equal measure. Every one of our Mallorca villas has a private pool.
Most of our villas have a private pool. Many are large enough for extended families or two families travelling together, with the bedrooms arranged so nobody's treading on anybody else. Some are within walking distance of a village or a beach; others are more rural and better suited to guests who don't mind the short drive.
Beyond that, the properties vary as much as the regions do, and that's deliberate — we take on villas we'd be happy to stay in ourselves rather than filling gaps on a map. If you tell us who's coming, when, and roughly where you're leaning, we'll shortlist the ones that genuinely fit rather than sending you a catalogue.
The questions worth answering before you start looking are the ones people usually answer last: how many bedrooms you actually need rather than how many people you're sleeping, whether anyone in the group would struggle with steps or a steep approach, and whether you're happy to hire a car or want everything within walking distance.
Group size is the one that most often changes the answer. Villas sleeping ten or more are a smaller part of any collection, ours included, and they book earliest — particularly for July and August. If you're travelling as a large group with fixed school-holiday dates, start earlier than feels necessary.
Enquire by contact form, WhatsApp or phone. We'll shortlist properties based on group size, dates and region, then answer whatever questions you have about a villa before you commit — a five-minute call or a WhatsApp conversation, not a booking form.
Bookings are made direct with Prestige Villas Spain. You reserve with a deposit and pay the balance ten weeks before travel. No third-party call centres, no hidden fees.
It depends on who's travelling. The Costa Brava fishing villages suit families with young children — short walks, calm water, small local shops. The Costa Blanca around Javea works better for older children and teenagers, with more beaches and watersports. Mallorca gives you the widest choice of villa and pool sizes across a compact island. Menorca is the quietest option. Tell us your group and dates and we'll point you at the right region before you start looking at properties.
Most do. Every one of our Mallorca villas has a private pool, and the majority elsewhere do too. A small number of apartments and townhouses share a community pool — the villa page makes clear which is which. Ask us before booking if a private pool is a deciding factor.
For July and August, six to nine months is sensible if you have fixed school dates and a specific region in mind. Larger properties sleeping ten or more book earliest, often before Christmas for the following summer. Outside school holidays, four to six weeks is usually enough.
Yes — that's the whole model. Every villa on this site is booked direct with Prestige Villas Spain, a family-run agency renting villas since the early 2000s. You get a named contact, first-hand knowledge of the property, and no third-party markup.
The price you see is the price you pay. No aggregator commission, no per-booking fees at checkout, no surprise mid-stay charges. Where cleaning or towel changes carry an extra cost on some properties, that appears clearly on the villa page before you book.
In some places, no — several of our villages have the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. In others, particularly the more rural properties and parts of northern Mallorca, a car makes the holiday considerably easier. Ask us about a specific villa and we'll tell you honestly.
Yes, though properties sleeping ten or more are a smaller part of the collection and book furthest ahead. Several destinations also have clusters of villas within a few minutes of each other, which works well for extended families or two families travelling together who want their own space. Give us your total party size and dates and we'll tell you what's realistic.
