Villa Plata (Cala D'Or, Mallorca)

Located in a quiet residential area called Punta des Port, between Cala D'Or and Porto Petro, perfect for families and friends who want to be close to all the amenities of these fabulous resorts. As you enter this Cala D'or villa you are welcomed with a large modern open plan living-dining room with access to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor you also have the well-equipped kitchen which is connected to the living-dining room by a large sliding door. There is also a double bedroom with access to the garden and pool area, with en suite shower room. 

On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms, two with ensuite shower and one with en suite bath room. All have access to a balcony which leads to a terrace.

There is also a lower ground floor where there is a games room with a sofa, satellite TV, table tennis and a pool table.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover during peak season. Other periods have an any day changeover wiht a minimum 7 night stay
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 350 euros (or GBP equivalent) is required prior to arrival
• Air Conditioning included in the price
• Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price
• WiFi is included in the price
• First cot available on request free of charge. A second cot is 10 euros per night, not included in the rental price
• First high chair available on request free of charge. A second high chair is 10 euros per night, not included in the rental price
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
