This Ibizan style Cala D'or villa is located close to Cala Ferrera. A short walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and amenities. The pretty sandy beach of Cala Esmeralda is within 5 minutes walk.
It is a charming Ibiza style villa with a nice combination of antique and modern. It counts with a well kept mature garden and a lot of outside space.
The ground floor offers an open living/dining room full of character, with access to the front covered terrace and to the side terrace. The kitchen that is well equipped also has access to the side terrace and pool area. This floor counts with 2 bedrooms, a twin and a double bedroom that share a bathroom. Close to these bedrooms there is a second small living room that connects to a games room with a billiard table and to a shower room.
From the billiard room, interior stairs take us to the upper floor that offers three twin bedrooms that share a shower-room. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to a shared flat roof with two little tables and chairs.
Outside on the ground floor, close to the pool there is a exterior double bedroom with en suite shower room.
Air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable (10.00pm - 9.00am).
Useful information
- Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
- Check-in time is 4.00pm
- Check-out time is 10.00am
- There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
- Air Conditioning included in the price
- Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
- Final cleaning is included in the price
- WiFi is included in the price
- First cot available on request free of charge. A second cot is 10 euros per night, not included in the rental price
- First high chair available on request free of charge. A second high chair is 10 euros per night, not included in the rental price

Excellent location - we really enjoyed our stay
Excellent location - we really enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent - so close to beaches, shops and centre but also in a lovely quiet area. So much space! Plenty of spacious rooms and lots of outdoor eating areas. Pool is great. Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
Exceptional
Exceptional. The accommodation was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the 11 of us. We used all 6 bedrooms, mixture of twins and doubles and an annex bedroom with ensuite which was great. The weather was a little cool but was able to follow the sun around as there were plenty of terraces and tables. We didn't use the heating or air con but used the extra blankets at night time. Esmeralda beach is closest and there is a short cut to it instead of walking around the road, few steps down though so you'll need to carry kids buggy etc.
Villa was great for us, good kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of sun loungers, few mins to bars and restaurants.

Nice place to stay with a larger group. Nice pool and enough space! The house is very large, and has many different seating options around the house. Also, the 4 showers make the house very suitable for a maximum of 12 people. The kitchen is very well equipped and with the many interior rooms even "bad weather days" would not be a problem.
Everything beautiful and perfect
Everything beautiful and perfect. We simply loved our stay in this wonderful finca in Mallorca! The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from two beautiful bays where we could swim in the clear water.
The finca itself has enough space with six bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was ideal for our large group. It has good facilities and the pool table provided lots of fun and good vibe. Also the large terraces offer enough space for sharing meals or a quiet place to stay. We especially liked the hammock under the trees, here you can also let your mind wander at high temperatures.
The pool is just fantastic - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or playing with family. The proximity to the centre allowed us to explore the local restaurants and shops on foot.
All in all, our stay was unforgettable, and we can recommend this finca to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. We will definitely be back!
