We pride ourselves on choice and on being meticulously selective. The properties on this site sit in areas of outstanding beauty, in villages and resorts with character and local charm — places we visit ourselves, where we know the restaurants, the beaches and the coastal walks. These are properties for travellers who want a splash of Spanish flair without losing the easy pace of a real holiday: scenery and day trips, local cuisine, entertainment that doesn't require a 90-minute transfer. In short, we curate so you don't have to.
Although we have "villas" in our name, we also list a number of village apartments — perfect for couples or small groups who want a place to rest, prepare and eat light meals, and step out into a Spanish village rather than into a hotel corridor. Our apartments in Tamariu and Llafranc on the Costa Brava are right where the action is, but because these are small villages, you won't be kept awake by revellers.
Our villas come in a plethora of styles. Smaller houses inside the towns and villages, ideal for families who want to be on the beach in five minutes. Larger villas with their own grounds, pools and views, suited to multi-generational getaways and small celebrations. Sleek modern properties, traditional Spanish ones, and a few rural fincas tucked into the hills above the coast. With capacity ranging from two to sixteen, there's usually a villa with your name on it — and if there isn't, we'll tell you straight, not push you into something that doesn't fit.
If you already know the village you want, the Destinations menu above will take you straight to it. If you're still deciding between regions, the three cards below cover the broad differences — or skim the region pages for the full picture.
Costa Blanca villas and apartments
Costa Blanca (meaning "white coast") is all about long, sandy beaches and a warmer, sunnier climate. As it's warmer for longer, the tourist season is longer, too, with visitors coming pretty much all year round. Overall, Costa Blanca is more developed for international tourism than Costa Brava is. Our Costa Blanca inventory is centred on Javea, the fishing town where our family agency started.
Costa Brava villas and apartments
Costa Brava (meaning "wild coast") sits up near the French border and offers rugged cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and Catalan culture, especially in its northern half. Temperatures in Costa Brava tend to be a little cooler than Costa Blanca. It's still warmer than the UK, but fewer visitors come here outside summer, which gives a more relaxed, homely vibe. Our villages here include Tamariu, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Begur and Lloret de Mar.
Mallorca and Menorca villas
We have villas across Mallorca — in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa on the north coast, and Cala d'Or on the south — plus Son Bou on Menorca, which has one of the longest beaches in the Balearics. These islands give you the full resort experience with everything close at hand, whether you're a group of family or friends or a couple after a romantic getaway.
