It has a nice furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. Living room with tv and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine). It has 1 room with a double bed (150x190cm), a room with two single beds (90x190cm), and 2 rooms with a single bed; 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and a toilet on the ground floor plus an auxiliary room with single bed and a shower. Direct access to the garage.

The house is 400 meters from the beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Calella de Palafrugell is one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Brava, which stands out for its beautiful beach of clear and crystalline water, its walk covered with pine trees on the round roads.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover and minimum 14 nights
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 600 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms (included in the price)
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
• This villa is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
