It is distributed on two floors with the spacious living-dining room which is located on the top floor with access to a furnished terrace which overlooks the garden, pool and offers stunning sea views. Separate spacious kitchen that is well equipped with modern appliances. Also on this floor is a single bedroom with shower room and separate guest toilet.

Stairs lead down to the lower level where the other bedrooms can be found including; master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further double en-suite bedrooms, two final double bedrooms that share a separate shower room with separate guest W.C.

Outside is the large private garden with great sea views and private pool. BBQ.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
