Prestige Villas Spain is a family-run business, headed by me, Agustin. My father is Spanish, and my mother is English, so I was brought up steeped in both cultures. Although I was brought up in the UK, I would spend many months in Spain, and moved there permanently for my late teens and early 20s.
The business all started with a single property – our own villa in Javea (pictured below), which we decided to rent out in 2004. It was easy enough to offer a personal touch with just one property, but we saw how important that was for our customers. That’s why we made sure that as we grew, we would never become a faceless enterprise, and remain open, friendly and completely dedicated to making sure the trust our customers put in us was repaid with a memorable, hassle-free stay.

Eventually, my mother scaled back her involvement, and now I run things from day to day. Being bilingual is perfect for running a UK-based business that relies on strong connections with our Spanish partners.
We never forget that you’re spending your hard-earned money with us, and we know how important it is that your stay is perfect. We must be doing something right, though, because a good proportion of our customers keep coming back, year after year.
Beautiful villas and apartments in all sizes and locations
We now have more than 150 villas and apartments, which are mainly located in Costa Brava and Costa Blanca, although in the 2010s we expanded into Cala D'or in Majorca, where we now have about 30 villas.
At the smaller end of the scale, our apartments tend to be in the centre of towns and villages, and can comfortably accommodate two or three visitors. They’re great for couples and small families looking to spend their time by the sea, enjoying the relaxed lifestyle of the village. We offer brilliant apartments in Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, and Tamariu.
If your holiday is more of a gathering, we’ve got villas with up to six bedrooms, which can comfortably house sixteen people of all ages. These tend to be on the outskirts of the resorts, but because the villages are usually small, you’re still never more than a few minutes’ walk to where the action is. Most have a garden, balcony and a pool which may or may not be shared with other villas – check individual descriptions. You’ll find these villas in Lloret de Mar, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Tamariu, Begur, Javea and Cala d’Or in Mallorca.
Between the extremes, there are smaller villas, townhouses and larger apartments across all our mainland and island locations. These are ideal for one or two families who are staying together, or a group of friends. Everyone will get their privacy but there’s always a friendly, vivacious vibe going on in the shared spaces like balconies, pools, gardens and kitchens. There are properties that are a stone’s throw from the village plaza and the sea, and those that have a more relaxed, rural feel to them.
Focusing on just eight locations in three regions means we can keep abreast of what’s going on in the area, and it has let us build a reliable network of trusted tradespeople, cleaners, maintenance staff and transport businesses.
Book online or over the phone
The quickest way to book is to simply find the property you want and reserve it online. Once you’ve found the property, make sure it’s available when you want it by checking the green days on the calendar under “Select Dates”. Next, tell us how many adults (age 16+), children (2–15) and infants (0–2) will be staying under “Select Guests”. Then click the “Book now” button and you’ll be taken to a form where you enter your personal and banking details on our secure server. You can make the payment as a standard online payment or arrange a bank transfer.
Alternatively, you can give us a call, and we can take all your details and desired dates over the phone. Have your payment method to hand, and make sure you’re somewhere private if necessary, as we can complete the booking in the call.
There will be a small deposit to pay, which will of course be subtracted from the full amount when you make your final payment.
We look forward to hosting you on your Spanish adventure, and hope it’s the first of many visits!
