Villa Tres Pins

Villa Tres Pins is a three-bedroom villa that’s located in the town of Esclana. The villa is situated just 2km from the popular town of Palafrugell, and the beaches of Calella and Llafranc are just 6km away.

This property comes complete with a host of facilities to make your stay a smooth, enjoyable one. These include a lounge/dining room with a TV and doors that give you access to the garden. There’s also a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven and a microwave.

You’ll also have access to a double bedroom, a pair of twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The property can sleep up to six people, and also features a utility area with a washing machine and a shower room. There is also a private fenced swimming pool that’s surrounded by grass.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the local area. Popular activities include strolling along Llafranc’s newly revamped promenade, visiting the Botanical Garden of Cap Roig, admiring San Sebastià Lighthouse and Sa Guarda Mountain and shopping at the famous local markets.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
