Villa Maya (Cala D'Or, Mallorca)

This pretty villa is situated in a most superb position on the Cala Esmeralda with wonderful sea views from the upper floor. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful sandy cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the Southeastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away.

Villa Maya is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door. From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area. Renovated kitchen well equipped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.

Leading off from the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and has shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second bedroom is off from the opposite side of the living room, a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent. From the dining area,  stairs lead to the upper floor that enjoy fabulous open sea views. Here there is a living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that connect to a terrace with fantastic sea views. From the living room we access to a bright double bedroom with en suite shower-room. The bedroom has large sliding doors to the terrace with great sea views and also the shower room has access to a small terrace. The upper floor also has access through an exterior stair.

Outside the well furnished split-level terraces with a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals with open sea views. Close to the terrace there is a kidney shaped pool (6m x 4m), which has a shallow end for children. There is a well kept lawned garden with palm trees and bushes.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros (or GBP equivalent) is required prior to arrival
• Air Conditioning included in the price
• Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price
• WiFi is included in the price
• First cot available on request free of charge. A second cot is 10 euros per night, not included in the rental price
