Villa Maribel (Cala D'Or, Mallorca)

Villa for 6 people with private pool to rent with a great location, close to the marina and Cala D'Or centre, Mallorca. The sandy cove Cala D'Or is approx. 650 metres away. The pedestrian area in the centre of Cala D'Or offers shops, bars, a good choice of restaurants and pubs with live music. Cala D’Or marina with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is only a short walk away.

There is a main house and an annexe. The main house offers a fitted kitchen with access to the outside and a living-dining room. Two bedrooms; a double and a twin that share a separate bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The third bedroom is a first floor annex, accessed by external stairs where there is also a second lounge and bathroom.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Outside there is a built-in barbecue and covered terrace for al fresco dining. The pool is sorrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds to enjoy the summery days.

• Rentals are minimum 7 nights, with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
