Villa Siete is a Spanish style family villa, modernized in 2023. Located in the heart of the popular urbanization ‘Tosalet’ in Jávea, it can accommodate 8 people. The house has a modern look and feel while retaining the Spanish character.

The house has the luxury you want and is fully air-conditioned, has a SONOS music unit, fiber optic internet/WiFi and an extensive TV package (NL, UK, Fr, D and Sp).

Terraces and swimming pool have been completely renovated and offer sun and shade at any time of the day. On the covered terrace there is a luxurious outdoor set where you can relax at all times of the day. On the second terrace there is a new outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and a separate paella unit near the dining table. There are lovely sunbeds on the spacious third terrace by the pool. You can also rinse off under the solar shower.

Inside, the house has 3 floors. In the tower of the villa is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and privacy balcony which offers beautiful views over the valley.

On the ground floor there is the living room, 2 double bedrooms, the second bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and the centrally located connecting room with a luxurious bar table for breakfast, lunch, dinner, but which can also be used for work. Downstairs there is a complete and spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom.

The 1100m2 plot has a very mature garden with beautiful palms and tropical plants and trees. It has ample parking, including a carport, but cars can also be parked on the street.
