Who are Prestige Villas Spain?

We are family run UK based business established in 2004, and that specialises in holiday rentals in the Costa Brava, Costa Blanca and Majorca. For more information please see the About us page.

Are changeover days fixed?

Changeover days are typically fixed during peak season, with most properties offering Friday or Saturday changeovers (depending on the area). However, a few villas do have a flexible changeover day (minimum 7 night stay). Outside of peak season, most properties are able to offer a flexible changeover day. You can find exact information on each property page.

What is included in the rental rates?

Prices are as shown on each property page under "price per week". Or alternatively, if you click on "select dates" the website will tell you the price for your exact dates. Prices are per property (regardless of number of guests) and are shown in euros.

The prices normally include sheets, towels, WiFi (if applicable) and final cleaning. On each property page under "useful information" it states exactly what is included in the price for that property.

Any local tourism taxes are excluded from the rental price as they are charged by the local authorities and are per person, rather than per property.

How do I book?

It is really easy and straight forward to book. Simply use the customer friendly search engine to find which villas are available for your dates. Once you have picked a villa, you can book online using the secure payment system. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us and we will be very happy to help you find your perfect villa and get you booked in.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required on booking in order to secure your reservation. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can book and pay online by card in euros. Alternatively, if you contact us, you can make payment in Sterling or Euros by bank transfer or card.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We do not provide airport transfers, however, on request we can provide you with details of local companies who offer this service.

Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

Most properties do require a refundable damage deposit which is returned in full subject to no damage at check-out. Exact details of the damage deposit are on each property page.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is usually 4.00pm onwards and check-out is no later than 10.00am. However, exact details are on each property page.

Please consider these times when booking your flights. No early check-in or late check-out can be guaranteed, and are very rare in peak season as there is only a limited time between guests to clean and prepare the property. Outside of peak season, if the property does not have guests checking-out and checking-in on the same day, then there is more flexibility.

How do I collect the keys to my rental property?

You will be sent arrival instructions after the balance payment has been made. Generally keys are either in a key-safe box at the property or are collected from one of our local offices.

What happens if I am arriving late?

Don't worry, this isn't a problem. Details of what to do are provided with your arrival instructions.

Do you provide cots and high chairs?

Yes, these can be arranged on request. There is normally a small charge for this. Exact details are shown on each property page.

Do you have local representatives?

Yes, there is always someone local on hand should you require any assistance during your stay. Sometimes this is a local rep, and other times it is a local agent. Whichever is the case, help will be on hand if required.

You will also be given an emergency number for any urgent matters out of office hours.

What happens if I cancel my holiday?

It is strongly advised that you take out holiday insurance as soon as you book your holiday accommodation so that you are covered in the event that you should need to cancel your holiday if you cannot travel (please check your insurance policy for terms and conditions).

Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and only be effective when received by us. Cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Are your properties legal?

Yes, every property is fully registered with the local authorities, and each listing shows its official registration number. You can book knowing your stay is completely legal and secure.
