Villa Verde (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

Fantastic modern Tamariu villa with ECO design that fuses luxury with sustainability thanks to the use of environmentally friendly materials, a real oasis in the middle of nature and only 800 metres from the centre and the beach of Tamariu.

Conceived for the full enjoyment of nature thanks to its large floor to ceiling windows that fully connect the house with the outside, its ecological characteristics are felt from the first moment, with its solar energy system that allows the operation of the entire property and the collection of rainwater for recycling, all this without sacrificing the comfort and convenience of a luxury home.

Villa Verde is situated in an elevated position, designed to take full advantage of the magnificent panoramic mountain views. Divided into 2 levels it has a modern avant-garde interior, the spacious living-dining room enjoys a lot of light and is fully connected with the exterior and the garden and pool area thanks to the large windows that open up completely allowing the day area to be connected with the exterior. It has a stylish open plan kitchen, cleverly designed so that it can be converted into an independent kitchen thanks to a large sliding door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a large pantry. Moving from the kitchen we access a large porch with a fantastic barbecue to enjoy the gastronomy of the Costa Brava with the family.

On this same floor we find the sleeping area clearly differentiated where we have a bedroom with bunk bed and trundle bed that can sleep up to 4 people, a double bedroom with a bed of 160, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom en suite with a bed of 180 and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to the garden.

Arriving at  the first floor we find the master suite with dressing room, a large bathroom with shower that thanks to its large window connects to the outside, separate toilet and a double bedroom with a king size bed that leads to a spectacular terrace that allows us to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Costa Brava, on this terrace we find an outdoor shower.

The exterior and the garden of the house give us great freedom thanks to the environment and the different spaces that we find, the diversity of cactus plantations that we find allow us to enjoy the property in the middle of an environment full of peace and tranquility where we also find a pleasant chill-out area that allows us to enjoy the long summer evenings.

The ECO design pool has a depth of 1.5m.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season an any day changeover is allowed. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price
• WiFi is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival.
