Hand-picked Costa Blanca villas, all with private pools, in Javea on Spain's sunniest coast. We're a family-run agency — back in the early 2000s we ran our own villa here, and the experience grew into the agency we run today, working across the Costa Blanca, Costa Brava, Mallorca and Menorca. Costa Blanca villas from a family-run agency

Back in the early 2000s we ran our own family villa in Javea, and the experience grew into the agency we run today — a hand-picked collection of villas and apartments across the Costa Blanca, Costa Brava, Mallorca and Menorca, most with private pools. We're a family business established in 2004, working with established local partners in each region who know each property on the ground. When you book with us, you deal with one team before, during and after your stay — not through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform.

The Costa Blanca at a glance

The Costa Blanca ("White Coast") stretches along the south-eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain in the province of Alicante, running from Denia in the north to Torrevieja in the south. The landscape varies from inland mountains and valleys to long sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Alicante is the regional capital and has the main airport, while Javea, Calpe, Moraira and Benidorm all sit along the coast within an hour's drive.

Where our villas are — Javea

Our Costa Blanca portfolio is centred on Javea, the quieter northern end of the region. Javea sits halfway down the east coast of Spain — between Valencia and Alicante, just across the water from Ibiza — and combines an active fishing port, a car-free Old Town, three Blue Flag beaches, and the dramatic Montgó massif behind. Most of our villas are in the residential urbanisations in the hills above the town: private pool, garden, short drive to the beach.

Beyond the beach

The Costa Blanca isn't just about the coast. A short drive inland takes you into the Jalon valley with its almond groves and bodegas, the dramatic mountain village of Guadalest with its castle perched above a turquoise reservoir, and the waterfalls of Algar in Callosa d'en Sarrià. For families, Terra Mitica (theme park) and Aqualandia (water park), both in Benidorm, are easy day trips. There are also plenty of golf courses across the region.

Getting to the Costa Blanca

Alicante-Elche airport (ALC) is the main arrival for most of the region, with direct flights from most UK airports — around 1 hour 15 minutes by car to Javea. Valencia airport (VLC) is a good alternative if you're staying in the north of the region, about 1 hour 20 minutes from Javea. Murcia-Corvera airport works for the south of the Costa Blanca. Hire car is the easiest option for anything outside the main resorts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where on the Costa Blanca are your villas located?
Most of our Javea villas sit in the residential urbanisations in the hills above the town, giving you a private pool and garden with a short drive to the beach.
How does the Costa Blanca compare to other Spanish coasts?
Our main regions each suit different travellers. The Costa Blanca is the warmest and sunniest — a south-facing strip with a longer summer and drier climate, centred around Javea for us. The Costa Brava is greener and more orientated to coastal walks and quieter coves. Mallorca splits between the dramatic Tramuntana mountains in the north and the family-friendly coves of the south-east. If you want hot, beach-led summer holidays close to a real Spanish town, the Costa Blanca is the answer.
When's the best time of year to visit the Costa Blanca?
May to September are the warmest months — daily temperatures in the high 20s through July and August. October is the rainiest month, and winter days run mild at 10–15°C. Spring and autumn are excellent for hiking the inland trails without the summer heat, and our villas are notably easier to book in those months.
Do all your Costa Blanca villas have private pools?
Yes — every villa in our Costa Blanca portfolio has a private pool. Most also have gardens and outdoor dining space, and many have self check-in for late or flexible arrivals.
How does booking work?
You book direct with us, not through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform. We're a family-run agency and we work with established local partners in each region who manage the villas on the ground. The team that takes your booking is the team that supports you before, during and after your stay.
