Villa Tranquila (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

The villa offers modern and spacious accommodation with top quality finishes and its large windows stretching from floor to ceiling, make it spectacularly light. Thanks to its privileged orientation towards the south, the house is bathed in sunshine all day long. The house is distributed over two floors:

The ground floor is at garden level and offers a large, open- plan, bright space where we find a comfortable living room alongside a charming dining area and a modern, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, there is direct access to the garden, with a lawn and a fantastic terrace offering an outside dining area and summer lounge, situated just above the swimming pool. On this same floor there is a beautiful suite-type bedroom, with a double bed, separate walk in dressing room, private bathroom with bathtub and television. The room has direct access to a private, pleasant terrace and the garden. There is also a courtesy cloakroom on this floor.

On the upper floor we find the expansive entrance hall, that to the left leads to three sunny rooms, (two double and one with twin beds) all very stylishly designed with balconies. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub. To the right, on the same floor there is a garage with direct access from the interior, where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge.

Air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TV with Google Chromecast, NAIM audio system with Bluetooth and Internet radio. Customers can watch Netflix directly from their phone, from the tablet or directly on the TV.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival.
