Villa Mia (Cala D'Or, Mallorca)

Villa Mia is a spacious villa located in a privileged location in a quiet area of Cala d'Or but close to amenities that the resort offers. The sandy cove Cala Gran approx. 500m. away and Cala d'Or centre are within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely two-storey Cala D'or villa. On the ground floor there is an open living/dining area that connects to the kitchen. The double doors of the living/dining area open onto the covered terrace and pool area. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with access to the pool area. This bedroom has a king size double bed, a dressing room, a spacious en suite bathroom and separate hydromassage-shower. A twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom complete the ground floor.

The first floor has a double bedroom and a small terrace with pool views. A second twin bedroom that has access to a large terrace with nice views of the surroundings and a shared spacious full bathroom complete the first floor. Exterior stairs leads us to the fifth bedroom that is located in the tower, -therefore the bedroom has a circular shape-. It has a double bed and small en-suite shower room that keeps the original equipment and tiles.

Air conditioing in all bedrooms.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
