Villa Xarmada (Begur, Costa Brava)

Fantastic house with contemporary design and sea views, located a few meters from the centre of Begur, and only 2km from the beach of Sa Riera.

The house has large and bright interior spaces, well decorated, are divided into 3 levels.

On the main level is the large living dining room leading to the lovely terrace, large kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom with bathroom and dressing.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

In the basement, there is another large indoor double bedroom with bathroom.

The house has pleasant outdoor spaces with various terraces, chill-out areas, swimming pool and fantastic views of the sea.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
