When is the best time to book a holiday in Llafranc?
Llafranc is a great holiday destination all year round, so it depends on what type of holiday you are looking for. The summer months of June to August generally see temperatures of around 30 degrees, while April, May, September and October also have average temperatures of low to mid 20s.
Llafranc is a much smaller resort than some of the major tourist resorts on the Costa Brava but it can get busy in July and August. If you prefer to holiday in quieter parts of the season, June and September are good months to visit, while the average temperatures are still high.
Even in winter, you can enjoy pleasantly warm days, with average highs temperatures of around 15 degrees in December through to February, providing perfect weather for hiking along the breathtaking Camino de Ronda trail. March through to May and November are the rainiest months but are still warm.
