On the ground floor is one double bedroom with en-suite with bathroom, three twin bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The upper floor consists of a spacious and bright air conditioned living room with exit to two terraces, both with sea views, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

Parking, elevator. Laundry room with washing machine.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals are minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioing is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
