Villa Ses Brises 31 (Llafranc, Costa Brava)

Villa Ses Brises 31 is a corner house that’s part of Llafranc’s luxury Ses Brises complex. This property is located just 500 metres away from the beach as well as the town centre. It’s located in a serene residential area and offers access to a swimming pool that has a children’s area alongside a tennis court and lush community gardens.

The property is home to four bedrooms including two doubles and a pair of twins. Two of these are en-suite bedrooms and offer access to a terrace. You’ll also find a family bathroom, a kitchen with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. There’s also a washing machine, a generously-sized dining room with TV and a 63m2 private garden. The dining room gives you access to the terrace, which offers spectacular mountain views. You’ll also have access to the garage during your stay.

Llafranc is a charming town in the Costa Brava that offers many fantastic attractions for families including children. Popular activities include visiting the San Sebastià Lighthouse, Sa Guarda Mountain, the local markets, the newly revamped promenade and the local botanical gardens to give just a few examples.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover during peak season. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets allowed
• This villa is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
