Casa La Pastora is a fantastic five-bedroom Llafranc holiday villa that comes with a host of useful facilities. The property can sleep up to ten people and is located in Llafranc’s picturesque residential area of La Pastora.

Stay at Casa La Pastora and you’ll be a mere 450 metres from both the beach and the town. You’ll also gain access to the communal pool, which is shared with three other villas.

This popular Llafranc holiday villa boasts a large living/dining room with a TV alongside a well-facilitated kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher, and utility room with washing machine. Downstairs is completed with a twin bedroom and shower room.

Upstairs we find the master en-suite double bedroom with terrace overlooking the gardens and pool, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom that has a pull-out bed underneath. There’s also a family bathroom.

The private garden features garden furniture as well as a BBQ. You can access the communal garden and pool from here. There is also a garage for two cars.

Llafranc is a charming town in the Costa Brava that’s perfect for families in particular. Some of the most popular things to do in the area include strolling along the revamped Llafranc promenade, enjoying the delicious local seafood and admiring the pine-clad hillsides.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
