In the apartment, you’ll find a lounge/dining room with a balcony, a kitchen, a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a single bedroom with a pull-out bed underneath, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom. Other facilities include a washing machine and a dishwasher. If you need somewhere to park, you’ll be pleased to note that there is a garage. There are many exciting things for kids and adults to do in the charming coastal town of Llafranc.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
