In the apartment, you’ll find a lounge/dining room that comes complete with a TV and doors that provide terrace access. The kitchen has a hob and a fridge/freezer. The property also boasts a double bedroom and a bedroom with a sofa bed. This second bedroom is part of the lounge, but can be closed off via use of the sliding doors. There’s also a shower room that comes with a washing machine and an outside private terrace that gives you views of the communal swimming pool and gardens. Covered parking is also available.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
