In a residence with community pool and gardens. It consists of 2 floors. The house has 4 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room and a double bed of 155x190cm, two bedrooms with a double bed of 150x190cm, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190cm), 1 shower room and 1 toilet, a spacious living-dining room with a terrace barbecue and garden furniture + a spacious private garden. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils included: gas stove, oven, cutlery, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed
• This villa is for families and only allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old on request
