The three-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building and comes complete with various fantastic facilities. The master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite shower room. There is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed and a single bedroom.

In the kitchen, there’s a microwave, a dishwasher, stove, oven and dryer. You’ll also have access to another shower room and a living room. This features a TV, a pair of sofas, a table with chairs. 

There is air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, and there’s also a furnished terrace you can unwind on.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover 
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
