A stunning waterfront location above Llafranc’s picturesque shoreline gives this infinitely stylish coastal residence spectacular, uninterrupted vistas across a seemingly endless expanse of Mediterranean ocean and makes it one of the most prestigious homes that we have had the privilege to offer.

Rarely available for rental, properties of this status in such a desired location are normally proudly retained by local owners for their own family holidays and so we could not contain our delight when we stepped into the exquisitely furnished interior of this villa and admired the impressive scene that opened out before us.  

Atop a smooth floor of chic cream tiles, timelessly classical furniture is complemented by the fashionable muted hues of fabrics and paintwork to create a restful ambience of sophisticated elegance.  Spacious living rooms flow gracefully from one to the other through sliding doors and attractive archways whilst the ever-present maritime backdrop is wonderfully incorporated by wide picture windows framing panoramic vistas of the shimmering ocean. 

On the first floor, three of the four bedrooms open onto a sea-facing terrace and such are their levels of comfort that the principal suite benefits from not just one but two fully equipped en suite rooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.

Within the immaculately presented grounds, neat laws, pretty flowerbeds and inviting terraces spread out above the waterfront like a private viewing gallery, and an infinity-style pool allows swimmers to feel as if they are in the ocean itself.  They offer a privileged location from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful tracts of the Costa Brava since the sandy bay of Llafranc, with its waterfront restaurants, elegant promenade and yacht-filled marina, is only 750m away, downhill from the house.  From here, a 2km-long spectacular coastal path provides the most scenic of routes to the neighbouring, equally beguiling, fishing village of Calella, whilst a stroll of just 175m across rustic steps, hewn into the rocks, reveals the rocky shoreline just below the house itself.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover.
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 600 euros is required on arrival
• Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price.
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival.
