The house is distributed on two levels. We enter through the main floor where a hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped american style kitchen, beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there is an exit to a pleasant terrace and a garden area where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Costa Brava. On this same floor we also find a double room with a private bathroom with shower, courtesy toilet and laundry area.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with access to a nice terrace with views of the communal area. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Here also there is a double bedroom en-suite with a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a large terrace with views of the house's garden.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season an any day changeover is allowed.
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Final cleaning is included in the price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge.
