Villa Mirador (Llafranc, Costa Brava)

Villa Mirador is located in the charming coastal town of Llafranc. The property has four bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people.

You’ll find a host of useful facilities at the villa that will make your stay a comfortable one, and these include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, car parking and a TV.

The villa is located over-looking Llafranc beach in an area regarded as one of Costa Brava’s most picturesque.

The property has been fully renovated recently and boasts four levels. On the street level the large terrace off the living room offers a spectacular view across Llafranc bay, whilst the wide-open kitchen comes with a range of essential facilities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer. The whole property is surrounded by stunning sea views.

The double bedroom en-suite features a full shower room. There’s also a twin bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs is the mezzanine with two sofa-beds and a TV.

The two double en-suite shower room bedrooms on the lower floors both have great sea views. 

On the ground floor, you get access to a jetty that can take you straight onto Llafranc beach. You can access the keys via a digital code.

The garage is just a short stroll away from the house. This property is available for families only.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1500 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
