This four-bedroom Llafranc villa  has the capacity to sleep up to eight people. The property is conveniently located just 800 metres from some of the town’s most popular shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach.

At Villa Rocio, you’ll find a lounge/dining room with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen with facilities including an oven, a hob and a fridge/freezer plus a washing machine. The property also plays host to a pair of double bedrooms, a pair of twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a W.C. You can also gain access to Wi-Fi at the property. The property also comes with its own private swimming pool and BBQ.

Llafranc is a relatively tranquil part of Spain that’s particularly popular with families with children. The town has been largely unspoiled by tourism over the years. Some of the most popular attractions you’ll find in and around Llafranc include Cap Sant Sebastia, Cap Roig and the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. The area is also known for its pine-clad hillsides.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
• This villa is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
