This typically beautiful Spanish, four-bedroom villa is located in Benitachell, 5 minutes drive from Javea. It has some of the most amazing views across Javea, views surrounding Montgo mountains, situated in a quiet private residential area with no passing traffic. 

The villa stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There is plenty of space for relaxing around the 4mx10m swimming pool, plenty of space for children to play and a covered terrace that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. Entry to the villa is via steps down from the parking area that has private locked gates. This leads directly into the open plan dining  area which has a dining table and chairs. This leads on to the sitting room which has plenty of space for everyone to relax of an evening with the addition of satellite television. 

The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer, with a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, microwave and has further storage space.  From the dining area, there are steps that take you to the turret where the master bedroom is located. This beautiful room has x1 double bed with an ensuite bathroom, fitted double wardrobes, air conditioning unit and terrace which has stunning panaromic views. 

From the lounge area this takes you through to the hall that leads to two separate bedrooms and family bathroom. X1 double bedroom with air-conditioning unit and double wardrobe. The second bedroom being a twin room with x2 single beds, double wardrobe, air conditioning and unit. The family bathroom comprises of a bath and shower with shower screen, basin unit and  toilet.

At the side of the property is the beautiful al fresco dining area with dining table and chairs alongside a BBQ for outside cooking.

This leads on to fourth bedroom (annexe) which is located near the pool. This light and airy bedroom has x1 double bed, air conditioning unit, plenty of storage space for clothes including a free standing clothes rail and an ensuite bathroom which comprises of a shower, basin and toilet. 

The villa is in a fantastic position located between Javea and Moraira with only 10 minutes drive away to each. With its blue-flagged beachs, restaurants, bars, shops Javea port, fish market and the Javea old town with its quaint, backstreet shops and historic buildings there is always something to do and see.
