Villa La Guardia is perfectly located in Javea, set within a quiet neighbourhood yet close to lovely restaurants and supermarkets.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful private garden, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There is a charming pergola where you can sit and enjoy the gentle view of the pool, unwind at the bar with music, or relax under the traditional naya.

You can spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sunshine, and your evenings enjoying the BBQ in a peaceful setting.

The price includes private parking for up to 4 cars, gas, electricity, air conditioning, WiFi, as well as linen and towels.

A car is recommended for getting around, although taxis are readily available at approximately €12 each way to the beach.

Nearby beaches include Granadella, Arenal, the Port (pebble beach), and Barraca Beach.
