This typically Spanish, four-bedroom Javea villa is located in the Tosalet area of Javea, stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking.

There is plenty of space for relaxing around the 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe grassed areas for children to play and a covered terrace that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Entry to the villa is via steps up from the parking area that leads directly into the open plan dining / sitting room with satellite television and WIFI. The separate kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. An outside utility room houses the washing machine and brick built barbeque.

From the dining area is a hall that leads to a double en-suite bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and a further double bedroom that all share a separate bathroom. All bedrooms have air con.

Javea, with its blue-flagged Arenal beach, restaurants, port, fish market and the old town with its quant, backstreet shops and historic buildings is about a five-minute drive away.
