This Tamariu villa is situated in the estate of Aigua Gelida, 1.5 Km from the beach of Tamariu, in a quiet area with a spectacular view over the sea.
The villa consists of four twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine and microwave, living/dining room with terrace and a living area at the top with a wonderful view over the sea. The the house is surrounded by garden and terrace.
Private pool, garage and barbecue. T.V. WiFi. Capacity: 8 people.

Useful information
- Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season an an day changeover is allowed.
- Check-in time is 4.00pm
- Check-out time is 10.00am
- There is a tourism tax of 2 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
- A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
- Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
- Final cleaning is included in the price
- WiFi is included in the price
- Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival.
- High chairs available on request - free of charge.
- Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking

The house was in very good condition and we were very comfortable. The house was clean and the location is really amazing. The sea views are as shown in the photo. We would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, quiet place. Recommendation! The view, the surroundings and the town are very picturesque and beautiful!
The view over the sea is fantastic
The view over the sea is fantastic. The terrace has little or no view from the neighbours. It is very quiet with only nature.
The key pick up was very easy
The key pick up was very easy. It was the perfect size for 8 people, clean and spacious. The pool and BBQ facilities were amazing and the view over the ocean was incredible. We could watch the sunset everyday. We enjoyed our stay very much, the hosts were flexible and accommodating and allowed us to check out later. Would love to go back!
The villa was just as amazing as in the pictures
The villa was just as amazing as in the pictures. The neighbourhood was pretty quiet and we found a small cove near the villa. I recommend coming with a car since the villa is located in a hill. However, we managed without a car by using taxis and because we found a shorter path from Tamariu to the villa
