This basic Tamariu villa is located in the estate of El Cau de Tamariu, 500 metres from the beach of Tamariu and only 100 metres from the sea, in a very quiet area, surrounded by a wonderful garden and a nice terrace. There is a private pool of 10m x 5m, with a covered terrace.

The house is laid out as follows: a large dining and living room with terrace complete with a tv and video, a spacious kitchen and washing area with dishwasher and washing machine, three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, one bedroom with three single beds, and one bathroom with shower. Two outside parking places. WiFi. Capacity: 11 people.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rental must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
