Fantastic Tamariu villa with private swimming pool located in the urbanization of Aigua Gelida in a privileged and quiet place surrounded by nature,  just 1 km away from the beach of Tamariu. Enjoy the wonderful swimming pool in the garden with lawn, where you can freshen up and sunbathe in complete privacy.

The house is distributed on two floors:

The ground floor has a very bright and comfortable living room with TV, which has direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area; modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) and exit to the terrace. On the same floor there is a double bedroom en suite (with bathroom with shower), a guest bathroom and laundry area.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bedroom with en-suite and a big terrace.

*Air conditioning is available and payable on arrival, 150 EUR per week*

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is not included in the price and if required it is 150 euros per week
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
