Tamariu villa set in Aigua Gelida in a quiet residential area of Tamariu and facing south, this new villa offers stylish and spacious accomodation in a modern design and only  900 m from Tamariu´s beach. Sleeping up to 8-10 people in comfort, with 4 bathrooms, the villa is ideal for an extended family.

This is a 3 storey villa set in an attractive garden with a private swimming pool a very beautiful view of the hills and sun during the whole day. The entrance hall on the ground floor is leading into a large, open plan living room with a big fire place and both a sitting on a dining area and doors opening onto a south and west facing terrace. The kitchen is large and perfectly equipped with full modern comfort and we have a bathroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms & 2 twin bedroom (2 en suite bedrooms), 3 of them having access to a large upstairs terrace with views over pool and garden, one bathroom and one room with sofa bed (no window).

4 of the bedrooms have air conditioning (100 euros per week)

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air con available in 4 bedrooms on request, 100 euros per week, not included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
