Villa Paz

Tamariu villa located in the quiet urbanisation of Aigua Gelida, just 1.5 Km from the beach of Tamariu. Outside there is a nice garden, private pool and a wonderful view over the sea.

At street level the villa consists of a very large and bright living room with access to a nice large terrace with electric blind and sitting area leading to the pool area from where you can enjoy amazing sea views. This floor offers also a fully equipped kitchen and W.C.

On the first floor there is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, both with access to a terrace with sea views; one bathroom and one shower room.

On the ground floor, we find an independent studio (no internal access with the rest of the house) with kitchen, shower-room, wardrobe and one twin bedroom.  The studio offers access to the garden. Barbecue, off street parking. WiFi.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
