This 3-bedroom Tamariu villa is situated in the urbanisation of Aigua Gelida, which is less than 1km from Tamariu itself. This means you’ll be within easy reach of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants if you do opt for this accommodation in Tamariu.

The villa comes complete with a host of excellent facilities. These include a lounge/dining room with a TV and hi-fi. There’s also a well-facilitated kitchen with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. You’ll find a double bedroom, a pair of twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room in the villa. What’s more is that you’ll also get access to your own private swimming pool, a BBQ and parking.

Tamariu is a charming town on the Costa Brava that’s great for families with children in particular. The town has been largely unspoiled by tourism over the years. There are many things for adults and children to see and do in the area. The region is home to a host of picturesque bays and coves.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 5 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets allowed
• This villa does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
