Villa Kiko (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

New Tamariu villa located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida only 1km from the beach in Tamariu.

The house is built on two levels, and comprises on the ground floor of a large and bright living room with access to a fantastic terrace, the garden area and pool. The pool is fenced; ideal for families with children.

On this level we find a bright, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Just behind the kitchen there is a guest toilet and access to two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a loft area with a king size bed and a single bed. Next to this, is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. From the master bedroom there are doors that lead onto a terrace with a fantastic view to the mountain and to the garden and pool area. WiFi. Sleeps 8-9 people.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rental must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
