Villa Diamante (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

It is located in the urbanization of Aigua Gelida,  just 1.5 km from the beach of Tamariu, in a privileged location with magnificent views of the coast. It is the ideal home for relaxing in, given its very quiet location and fantastic views. The property offers a private garden and private pool of 12 x 3 meters with excellent sea views. The house offers a very light space thanks to its large windows that allow the natural light to enter throughout the day.

This Tamariu holiday rental villa is divided into three levels.

On the upper floor we find the garage and the entrance hall with access to the elevator and a fantastic terrace with sea views.

On the first floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms; two double bedrooms, both with access to terraces with splendid sea views, a twin room and a triple room (double bed and a bunk bed) and two bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms have contemporary finishes and high-quality accessories. On the same level is the private laundry area with washer and dryer.

The ground floor consists of a large and bright day area with two living rooms and a large dining room and the open kitchen area, fully equipped and integrated into the space. The whole living area also enjoys the fantastic sea view with direct access to the outdoor terrace area and pool. In addition, on this same level we find a  W.C. The ground floor offers a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, directly linked to a large outdoor terrace area, ideal for al fresco dining, with a beautiful oak wood dining table and barbecue area. It is the ideal place to enjoy the charm of the Costa Brava.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets are not allowed
