Villa Costa (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

Luxury villa of contemporary design with exquisite decoration and high-quality finishes. It is in the area known as Aigua Gelida, a privileged location with magnificent views of the coast, just 1.5 km from the enchanting beach of Tamariu. It is the ideal home for relaxing, given its very quiet location and fantastic views. The property offers a large terrace with  pool and excellent sea views. 

Villa Costa is built over three levels. On the ground floor we find the parking area and the entrance hall.

On the first floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms; one double bedroom en suite with access to the terrace and private bathroom, two double bedrooms with access to the terrace share a shower-room and the master suite with access to the terrace and the private shower-room.

The second floor is a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, consists of a large, bright day area with the living room that have access to large outdoor terrace area with the pool, the large dining area with American kitchen fully equipped and integrated into the space have access to another terrace ideal for dining, with a beautiful barbecue area. In addition, on this same level we find a cloakroom.

Capacity: 8 people. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• No pets are allowed
