Villa Charlie (Tamariu, Costa Brava)

Fantastic villa with private pool and spectacular sea view, 600 meters from the beautiful cove known as Aigua Gelida, in Tamariu.

The house is distributed over two levels:

The lower floor includes a large sunny living and dining room, equipped kitchen and a big terrace overlooking the pool. On this floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private dressing room and another one with two single beds. Both rooms have nice views to the pool and the sea. There is also a bathroom with a tub.

On the top floor you will find the master bedroom, an en-suite with a double bed, private bathroom and direct access to a terrace with views of the pool and the sea.

Next to the exterior staircase and the ramp to access to the house, there is a parking place for 2-3 cars.

All the rooms of the house have a wonderful sea view.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
