Architect-designed Tamariu villa of 240m2 fully air-conditioned, with 175m2 of terraces and a large 50m2 swimming pool, was completely rebuilt in 2022-2023 using high-end materials and exquisite decoration.

It is located in the prestigious area of Aigua Gelida, a 14-minute walk / 1km from the centre and the beach of Tamariu, in a privileged location on an elevated plot of 925m2 offering beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding hills. A true oasis of peace nestled in the pine forest, allowing us to rest and enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Costa Brava with no direct neighbors.

Featuring a contemporary design that blends tradition and modernity, designed to fully embrace nature on each floor through large, fully opening windows, it is entirely connected with the outdoors.

Spread over 3 levels, the house offers on the ground floor a living space of 230m2 with a usable area of 80m2, comprising a living room with a fireplace and a toilet, a dining room, and an American kitchen, flooded with natural light and entirely connected to the outside through folding glass doors that open onto a large 150m2 terrace overlooking the garden, with dining area, lounge area, and a uniquely shaped pool. This 11m long pool operates without chlorine and has a counter-current swimming and hydromassage system. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, state-of-the-art appliances, an electronic wine cellar, ample storage, and an outdoor barbecue.

On the raised ground floor, there is an independent sleeping area with 3 bedrooms of 11-12m2, accommodating 6 people, and two shower rooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The very bright 30m2 master suite with exposed beams, balcony, dressing room, and bathroom with a bathtub is located on the first floor. The views from the suite and bathroom are stunning and relaxing.

The second floor serves a 40m2 apartment with exposed beams, accessible from the main house but completely independent, with a bedroom, living area, American kitchen, and shower room. It is complemented by two terraces, one of 15m2 with a table and chairs, and another south-facing 11m2 terrace with sea views.

Outside the house, children can enjoy a ping-pong table and a trampoline, while adults can relax in a southwest-facing outdoor lounge to enjoy the long summer afternoons.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival.
