Baltasar is a modern semi-detached house full of natural light, located near the Cala D'Or marina.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with double doors leading to the pool terrace. Guest toilet and laundry.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. One double bedroom with en suite shower room and dressing room. There are also two twin rooms that share a family bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside there is a well-kept lawned garden and a beautiful pool with Roman steps, a poolside shower and terraces with sun loungers. Built-in barbecue. There is also a ping pong table.

Air conditioning in bedrooms only and with a fixed time table (12.00h - 14.00h & 20.00h - 08.00h)

• Rentals are minimum 7 nights, with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A 300 euro (or GBP equivalent) returnable damage deposit is required prior to arrival
