House distributed on two floors. Lawn area and porch at the front of the house. The ground floor has a living room / dining room. Spacious kitchen with access to the pool area. Laundry. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. A second bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Each with en-suite bathroom and access to the upper terrace.

At the back of the house, a few steps lead down to the rear terrace and the pool area. With a wonderful pool, sun-terrace and barbecue area.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited timetable (2.00pm - 4.00pm & 10.00pm - 6.00am)

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
