Beautiful villa for rent in Majorca with an excellent location as it is set only 60m from the sandy beach of Cala Gran and 200 m. from Cala D'Or centre.

On the grould floor there is a spacious living room with a two-sided wood-burning stove (living room and kitchen), access to the terrace  and open dining room. Large island kitchen with a breakfast table. There is also a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses together), dressing area, access to a terrace overlooking the pool area, en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi and separate shower. There are two more double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace/balcony.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
