Four bedroom Cala D'or villa with private pool to rent in a quiet residential street in Cala D'Or centre, Mallorca. It enjoys a great location only 190 metres from Cala D'Or sandy cove and 170 metres to restaurants, cafeterias, shops and night-life. 

Two storey villa. On the ground floor there is an spacious open living/dining room with access to the covered terrace. By the dining area is the kitchen also with access to the outside. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two twins, a shower room and a guest toilet. The master bedroom with a double bed has an en suite shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside steps lead up from the rear terrace to the fourth bedoom with twin beds, en suite shower room and access to a roof terrace.

NB. Walls on the roof terrace are vey low, therefore children should not access to this roof terrace.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms, fixed timetable: 18.00 hours - 06.00 hours

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
