Villa Hazel for 8 people with private pool for rent near the Cala D'or marina. This home is an excellent choice for a centrally located holiday villa.

Villa distributed on two floors. Upstairs is the living room with panoramic windows overlooking the Cala D’or marina and the dining room with access to the terrace. The kitchen is next to the dining room. The magnificent terrace has a table for "al fresco" meals. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor.

On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are twin bedrooms, and one is a double bedroom. All of them have access to the terrace where the pool is located. They share 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The pool is surrounded by this spacious terrace with palm trees. There is a billiard, a ping pong table and a built-in barbecue.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms have a fixed and limited timetable (5.00pm - 8.00pm & 10.00pm - 9.00am).

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover during peak season. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
