Villa Gavina (Begur, Costa Brava)

Fantastic architect house, from which you will enjoy a breathtaking views, which is located on one of the highest areas of Begur, allowing you to enjoy magnificent views of the sea, the Medes Islands, the bay of Aiguafreda and the Pyrenees.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall, laundry, toilet, a bedroom with a shower room, a large double garage and an elevator serving the 3 floors.

On the 1st floor you will find three large en-suite bedrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets. Two of these rooms have a private terrace. Each room has a TV.

On the top floor is a large living dining room offering fantastic sea views and overlooking the garden, solarium area, barbecue, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a large master suite with bath, shower, dressing room and private terrace.

The villa has a semi open kitchen with appliances Gaggenau brand, built-in wine cellar, coffee machine, oven, microwave, steam oven, TV in the kitchen and living room, home theater, Sonos system inside and outside, air conditioning throughout the house.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
