Close to the living room there is a double bedroom - two mattresses pushed together - with en suite bathroom that has a separate bath and shower. Guest toilet.

At the rear of the villa there is beautiful lawned garden with a covered terrace, bbq area and pool. From this garden there is access to two further double bedrooms; each with en suite shower room.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

• Rentals are minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
